“To be honest, even though my wife and several of our kids have benefited from chiropractic care, I have always been skeptical. But two months ago I somehow injured my lower back, having never had any back issues before. I was in such severe pain for three days that I could barely move. On a Monday morning I told my wife I needed a doctor. She pointed out, rightly, that if I went to a regular doctor, they would likely give me some medication and tell me to take it easy. I knew she was right, so I called Regenesys. I was in the office two hours later, and after x-rays and an in-person meeting with Dr. McClellan, I was on the table getting cold laser, electrical stimulation, spinal decompression, and of course chiro adjustments from Dr. M. Within that first week I felt tremendous improvement. Now I am nearing the end of my intense treatment, and I'm pain-free. But I also have tools in my back pocket for making sure my back stays strong. I want to thank Dr. McClellan for the adjustments and education, and also Mr. Mike for motivating me in the physical therapy that has been so important. Mike is great to chat with too, and I have enjoyed every visit. Thank you to Kelly who always greets me with a smile and gives me her full attention every time I come. “It was a last minute adventure with the husband, to prepare for an upcoming vacation. We chose Shine because they were open a little later on Sunday and had great reviews. Everyone was so nice, starting with a very warm greeting at the door (Hayden I think was her name). The technicians were great, everyone was so friendly. My husband wanted a 3 color pedi in support of his Chiefs upcoming Super Bowl. They didn't complain and it turned out great! I did the Shine manicure as well. To say we are relaxed is an understament! Thank you Shine Team for a lovely Sunday treat! We will be back.“

“Both Angie and Laurel are absolute goddesses. They are amazing at their craft, very thorough with their massages. I don’t get massages as often as I would like to, and I usually wait to go in until I am in so much pain. Every time I leave feeling like a whole new person. My most recent experience, I woke up with either a pinched nerve or crick in my neck and tried to baby it for a few days and shake it off. I couldn’t move my head up/down/side to side. I couldn’t lift my shoulder or move my arm. My upper body is SO significant to my work so it was a huge issue for me. My pain was easy a 6-7. Laurel spent maybe 20-25mins getting my neck into a neutral position before beginning the massage. She was so careful and gentle. I could actually move again after the massage. She took her time. I felt very comfortable and cared for. I left feeling maybe a 2 on the pain scale and I recovered within a day or two after the massage. I recommend both Angie and Laurel to all of my coworkers and any clients who ask.❤️“

“I can't even begin to say how amazing Amy is! I've seen her several times. When pregnant with my 2nd I saw her regularly and it was my fastest and easiest labor and a great pregnancy. We moved soon after but just made a 4 hour drive to see her again and it was beyond worth it. Most of the issues in my body has resolved and feel my energy restored, brain fog cleared out and so much more. Highly recommend her!“
“August 8th I went out for a fun night with the folks in my office and ended up having a little too much fun and tearing my ACL and quite a bit more knee damage. I have had 22 visits to Little Elm Physical Rehab. These two guys have spent the last 20 weeks taking care of me pre and post surgery. I have laughed, cried, and had a ton of fun with them and my time with them will be missed. They are much more like good friends now instead of medical professionals. They took care of me like I was one of their family members. They are knowledgeable, kind, supportive, and totally amazing. I would recommend everyone to this amazing clinic. You can get the hard work done while still having fun, laughing, and knowing that you are truly cared for as a person not a number. These guys are the best. Alas all good things have to come to an end and I am finished with my Physical Therapy and moving back out into the world.
