I have known the powerhouse proprietor for a number of years. I took the opportunity to buy myself some yoga classes since I am working from home these days. Alex has hand-picked the BEST yogi for her studio. Alex has always brought her best to a training session whether it is weights, kettlebells or primal movement. She is driven by her passion to improve people's lives.
Alex is by far the BEST trainer I've ever worked with. I never would have looked like my profile pic at 49 if it weren't for her. She's truly passionate about fitness and healthy eating. It's her life's work and she's extremely knowledgeable in all things health related. If you're looking for more bang for your buck and quicker, more efficient workouts then go to beautiful strength.
