Decides to try this location this morning and boy it’s dirty. For the amount of money we pay for membership yall could clean up. Went into the hot blast class and tissues all over the place. Walking in you can feel the difference in the other locations i have been to.

I’ve been coming to this facility since 2022 and really enjoy my experience. I was new to the concept and after researching it, I was hooked. When I first started, I weighed around 230–235 pounds, and I’m now down to 190–195. The program truly works as long as you’re willing to commit and use it consistently.

The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Joe and Neisha do a fantastic job keeping the place clean and welcoming, and I always feel acknowledged when I walk in.

My only suggestions would be expanding the space if possible and encouraging clients to clean up after themselves instead of relying on staff to do it.

Been a member for a year or two. This place has gone downhill consistently and no one does anything about it. Sweat gets on the floor and never gets cleaned. Place never gets mopped, saunas seem to always be dirty, never swept or wiped down. Just disgusting.
