From the person that answered the phone after hours, the tech that called me right back ready to send someone over ASAP (we declined the after hours visit), to the person that called and communicated the techs ETA the next day, and both techs that came out due to a part being on back order. “One thing that I appreciate about any company is honesty. Our a/c went out this past weekend so we called out 1 hour heating and air. The tech was super nice and then we got down to the pricing of a new one which I was quoted $21 thousand dollars for a 3.5 ton unit. We obviously did not go with that company. The next day, I saw a Facebook ad for Team Enoch. I gave them a call and spoke with Miles who was a blessing to talk to and made my wife and I feel very comfortable with moving forward. We were quoted $8,000 (not $21 thousand). They installed 2 days later and a few hours after finish my house was back to 75 degrees. They even loaned us 2 portables to help until install. “Performance Heat & Air has been a great decision since they installed our new Trane system about a year ago — but it's how they handled things going wrong that really earned this review.
Our evaporator coil failed last week. I called in, Alex answered, and within hours someone was dispatched so we had AC over the weekend instead of sweating it out. Alex kept following up the whole time, and right when promised, MacGyver and Chris showed up today, swapped in a brand new coil, and had the system humming along again — nice and cool inside, even with Texas summer doing its thing outside.
Everything was covered under warranty, but that's almost beside the point. It's the communication, the follow-through, and showing up when they say they will that makes me glad I chose Performance Heat & Air for our system. Highly recommend.“
