“Lisa’s classes are always Great
She gives explanations on each muscle group that’s targeted by each exercise”
“Galentine’s Day class on a Friday night was fun. Rhianna is an awesome teacher. Though Pilates can be telling to the limitations in your body she consistently encourages you through each section of the class. I’m impressed at her ability to teach a class of mixed levels from novice to intermediate with everyone experiencing a tolerably challenging yet rewarding workout.
#OneOfMyFavs ????”
“I love this place!! It's just the workout I needed in my life. I am hooked!! :)”
“I started going to Foreverfit because I wanted to work on core stability in support of other activities I do (cycling and weight lifting). I had been off the bike and lifting for a bit and realized I need to rebuild strength from the core out. The ONLY way to get it right is to have the type of focused coaching and spotting provided at this studio. After about a month in I can already feel myself accessing my core more effectively while riding. The studio is fully equipped. The program has been adapted to my needs — which I really appreciate. Larger classes in bigger studios might be right for some, but if you are doing some deep work to transform your core, give this studio a try.”
“I love the staff here and the cleanliness of the place. It’s the best fitness regime I have ever tried and I have tried them all.”
“I've tried several different workout classes and by far, Pilates is my favorite, and Club Pilates is the gold standard. Everyone is so nice here and you always go home feeling 10X better after class.”
“I can’t say enough great things about BODYBAR Pilates! The studio has an awesome atmosphere—welcoming, clean, energetic, and never intimidating. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and do a great job of challenging you while still making the workouts enjoyable.

What I really appreciate is that every class feels purposeful. You leave knowing you got a great full-body workout, and there’s enough variety that it never feels repetitive. The instructors also do an excellent job of helping with form and making adjustments for different fitness levels.

If you’re looking for a Pilates studio with great people, a positive environment, and workouts that actually make you want to keep coming back, I highly recommend BODYBAR!”
“Lagree tried to kill me…. On the reformer is my happy place, I have one at home. But my most recent visit back to workout on a mega reformer in years left me feeling places worked that I didn’t even know had muscles. The mega reformer and Lagree classes (which I just recently learned was around again locally since doing it in the Fort years ago and when visiting in California and other places.) are as fantastic as I’d remembered. I consider myself lazy athletic…. Love moving and workingout but not into beating my body at my age. Here you go…. A slice of a marathon but full body if you are looking to get after it within 50 minutes. Boo-Ya! Greatest efficient, weighted and full movement workout around that I’m aware of. Thanks!”
“Alive is a great place for seasoned practitioners and for those just starting. The studio is clean, the classes are addictive and feel great after every class.”
“In my experience coming here over the years, Structural Elements’ SI practitioners have been fantastic. Their approach to functional training has given me more confidence that my body can do amazing things! They’ve helped me work through injuries I had from a car accident. Kali, Isaac, and Zack have worked with me to help me with my plantar fasciitis issues. I was told for years by physical therapists and chiropractors that I had plantar fasciitis. However, no one ever taught me practical exercises to help. I even had one practitioner tell me that I should never go barefoot. Going off of that advice, I wore shoes for years, but had extreme discomfort when I didn’t wear them. Doesn’t that seem wrong-to not be able to walk barefoot? After going through a corrective bodywork series, I started to feel more mobility in my ankles and my toes. Also, I noticed improvement with my knees and hips-less aches and pains. One of my favorite benefits I’ve seen is that my feet have started to lengthen and stretch out-I actually wear a larger size now than I did 3-4 years ago! I can now walk barefoot and not experience the discomfort I had for so many years. If you’re feeling like your whole body is out of whack, maybe you could book an ATSI series- this is what I did and it did wonders-like a total body reset. If you’re just wanting to explore more functional workouts/training sessions, I would recommend the Fascial Pliability classes and the Sweat and Sauna too. They’re always adding new training sessions, so check out there website or call.”
