I’m a beginner at working out and at barre, and although the class was challenging, it was super fun! Everyone was so kind and seemed to know each other - it really felt like a little family. The studio is clean, and the equipment definitely made me feel the burn (in a good way). Natalie (the instructor) was great about making sure I was doing the movements correctly while also giving me space to take breaks as needed, which I needed as a barre/workout beginner 😅 Would definitely recommend!

This place is like no other place. Not only will you always get a great workout, you will find a community of genuine, caring people. It’s my favorite place to be and I couldn’t imagine working out at any other gym or studio! It’s like home!
