BodyBar Pilates truly changed my life.
In 2019, I had back surgery, and ever since then, every time I tried to exercise, I would end up injured and in pain. I often needed strong medication, physical therapy, and even painful injections just to manage it. Eventually, I sometimes avoided exercising altogether because I was afraid of hurting myself again. I learned to live with pain because doctors told me I would never be 100% again.
