I feel so much stronger, have more energy and am able to move around much better and quicker than before. The staff is friendly and encouraging. About 95% of the time, I am the only client working out, which is what I prefer over a standard gym. They have 4 equipment stations that keep track of your progress and you can see results immediately on a monitor to shows you how you did compared to previous times on a specific protocol. I highly recommend Exercise Coach and the North Dallas team!“

I grew up a ballerina, and had sights on trying out for college dance teams and wanted to get conditioned. Looking back, I remember her always being SO kind. She’s also an extremely caring, empathetic, and generous person. When I work out with Angelica, I feel I am getting together with a good friend! She knows how to guide me around a number of ortho injuries and always encourages me to push a bit harder to challenge myself. Her routines are fun and varied so the hour workout passes quickly. I work out with her twice weekly, once, including my eight-year-old little girl. Angelica has geared an exercise program suitable for my daughter’s age, too. So I am able to keep on my fitness plan as a busy mom with a full time job — fitting in an entertaining mommy – daughter workout, too! Under Angelica‘s guidance and coaching, I have lost almost 20 pounds in the last year, and I’m working towards increasing muscle mass this year. I’m confident I’ll get there with Angelica‘s guidance! 4140 Legacy Dr # 322, Plano“When I reached out to Benny, I was ready to give up on my physical health. I had been told by doctors that I needed surgery on my lower back. I was in unbearable pain.Benny did an evaluation and gave me some incredible feedback. The issue was my lack of mobility. All the pressure was on my lower back. I needed to work on my hip mobility, core and glutes. He told me to give him three to four months and he would have me back on my feet. True to his word, I am back! After a couple of months, I was exercising without pain. By the fourth month, I was squatting, lunging and jumping with no pain. It used to hurt to walk and trying to put my socks on in the morning was very painful. Now I am pain free!! I highly recommend thisgym, they know what they are doing. I am so grateful to have found Benny and his knowledgeable staff at Ultima Fitness.“

Julie runs a great operation with solid trainers- no day is the same with the different trainers, so you don’t get bored or burned out, but they all track your goals and a personal program for you. I had right around 6 months before my wedding and worked consistently with the trainers and invested a lot of time, energy, and money (worth it) to feel my very best on my wedding day. It took time, but they encouraged me every step of the way, and I lost weight but more importantly more inches and fat (they track it if you want!), and I felt fit and healthy at 40. My husband is also now at the gym, and we train together. He was very suspect at first, but he enjoys it also! I’ll be soon returning after giving birth and starting my “come back” fitness journey again with Fit 180.
