My husband has always disliked going to the generic, overpacked gyms in DFW, so he loves how intimate and personal RTG is. He is always looking forward to working out with Greg and Ryan 3x a week, and he has never felt healthier and stronger.
I have always been the type to go to Pilates and group workout classes, but ever since becoming pregnant, I wanted a workout program more tailored to my pregnancy journey. Greg created a personalized program that is continuously changing to match my pregnancy needs as my body is also changing. He even incorporated breathing exercises specifically for labor, which is above and beyond what I would get at any other gym.

I was in unbearable pain.Benny did an evaluation and gave me some incredible feedback. The issue was my lack of mobility. All the pressure was on my lower back. I needed to work on my hip mobility, core and glutes. He told me to give him three to four months and he would have me back on my feet. True to his word, I am back! After a couple of months, I was exercising without pain. By the fourth month, I was squatting, lunging and jumping with no pain. It used to hurt to walk and trying to put my socks on in the morning was very painful. Now I am pain free!! I highly recommend thisgym, they know what they are doing. I am so grateful to have found Benny and his knowledgeable staff at Ultima Fitness.“

“The gym itself was nice and clean however, the facility was very hot before even starting to work out. Also, the shower curtains need to be changed as they were brown on the bottoms. That was disgusting.“
