BMF is the most fun workout I have ever experienced!!!! The classes are addictive because you have a blast doing a completely unique workout each time synchronized to high-energy music. Their format targets both strength and cardio conditioning. I always left feeling accomplished and in a positive mood! The trainers are fantastic and extremely motivating. They are truly knowledgeable and sincerely care about you and your fitness journey. My favorite trainers are Mario, Jeanny, and Crystal. I love it here, the atmosphere, the staff, the equipment and the how I feel after my workout. I feel like coming to a second home when I’m here. They connects with you like they known you for years and years. I highly recommended it

They do everything right. The way all places should. No extra fees or equipment to buy, free suspensions when traveling, no contracts, plus an AMAZING workout. In the first week I ran faster and inclined higher than I ever have in my 30 years of my fitness journey.
