A really good 'fitness club' (like the owners of this place like to call it).One of the more spacious options in the Dallas area, plenty of equipment. Really clean. I've spoken to the owner, Taylor, who you can see working around there, super passionate about his place. These guys are putting the effort to make this place better everyday.Since 2 years ago, when I first joined, I've seen continuous improvements at this place - fresh wall paint, added equipment, added an entire new floor for group classes, sauna, cold plunge etc.They've got a quality setup here. Would recommend a 100%!
Greeted with friendly staff the moment I walked in. The cleanliness and organization of the gym are impeccable, creating a motivating atmosphere. They’ve got a sauna, plenty of equipment and a nice little outdoor area. Highly recommend!
In town for business and I was looking around for gyms to visit. Picked Recess Fitness and I was not disappointed. Went with the 5:00am crew and everyone was pleasant. It has all of the equipment you need to get a great workout in. Every time I’m in Dallas, I will be visiting this location.
