    I havre never experienced such a wonderful fitness program planned ideally for me, a COVID LONGHAULER. Their focus on precise individualized strengthening, toning, endurance, agility and posture have created a Better Body for me while focusing on improvement of my overall health. Nutritional goals have motivated me toward better habits while happily losing15+ pounds! I am thrilled to be able to drive again, to walk my puppies with confidence ( no falls!) and enjoy my six beautiful grandchildren!I have returned to my DENTAL practice with enthusiasm and joy!Bless you and your precious team Alcyr.I HAVE MY LIFE BACK!Dr. Connie Smith

    Holly at Practical Fitness made all the difference in helping me do my job & enjoy more of life. Prior to seeing them, I had been recovering from knee surgery and had lost strength in both legs as a result. After my first session, I already felt younger & stronger. After a month of sessions (1-2 times/week) I’m able to walk without pain, and feel so much better & stronger overall. It seems so simple, but it really works! I’ll be continuing on with Practical Fitness to see where it can take me!

    Holly has done such a great job coaching me and helping me get stronger. I’m also using online MS platform and exercises to help recover from my multiple sclerosis relapse and to get stronger.I highly recommend!!

We do this through the Steadypace® technique—a strength-training protocol designed to progressively tax the body via the active engagement of the neuromuscular system. ALL EXERCISES ARE 100% MUSCLE-LED AND THERE IS NO MOMENTUM INVOLVED. This ensures an extremely effective and safe workout that you only need to execute for 30 minutes, once or twice a week, to achieve amazing results. From the moment you walk in the door, the space is yours (down to the music playlist!) and your trainer is focused only on you.
