“I can’t say enough wonderful things about this veterinarian office! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, reassuring, and patient. They took the time to explain everything about Bun Bun’s spay procedure and made sure I felt completely comfortable and informed every step of the way.

Even my husband (not a morning riser) got recruited into bunny duty and helped me with the official 8AM “drop-off mission.” Bun Bun may be tiny (2.4 pounds), but she showed up with big opinions — complete with dramatic grunts, permanent RBF, and a level of sass that honestly deserves its own warning label.

Despite her… spirited personality… the team handled her so gently and professionally. You can truly tell they care about their patients (even the feisty ones). I felt so reassured leaving her in their hands, and that peace of mind is priceless.

If you’re looking for a vet who is compassionate, knowledgeable, and capable of winning over even the most aggressive fluff ball — this is the place. My husband and I are extremely grateful!“

“Owner is super sweet and did the exact haircut I requested for my puppy. She sent photos of my puppy’s haircut once she was done. Place looked neat and clean. Really liked how you can see her grooming the dogs through the window. Definitely will be coming back!

“I can’t say better things about Tip Top K9! The hybrid package is perfect because you get the board and train/and one on one training together so you can also train with your dog! After board and train I noticed a huge difference and how fast my 6 month puppy Rooney learned things! The staff is so incredibly friendly, helpful and truly care about the dogs they train. I immediately felt comfortable leaving Rooney with them. Our trainer has been incredible and personable and has ensured not only Rooney but I also know the commands so that we’re both set up for success! “From a hyper-reactive rescue to a calm and loving family member in 10 days, Tip Top K9 gave me a way to communicate to my dog with clarity I didn't know was possible. I adopted Lyric at 2yo from a shelter and within a week of working with TTK9 her behavior at home, and the sidewalk, was something to be proud of. I cannot understate how amazing the trainers are at not only educating pets but the owners as well. I purchased the Teacher's Pet package after a 30 minute consultation and cannot say I have any regrets or complaints - the price is MORE than fair, and I have more confidence as an owner than ever. She was a destructive chewer, but using methods from TTK9 we were able to establish boundaries within 30 minutes. Barking, jerking on the leash at dogs and runners, chasing the broom and mop, and even jumping on the counter for some steak are no longer issues (Fixed in a DAY.) The collar isn't painful at all (self-tested) and the homework is easy! This training method isn't stuffing her with treats or hitting or shocking her all day. I put in a guilt-free hour of practicing a day mixed in with our routine walk and she really shines in our lessons. The in-house training versus driving to the location means she can be comfortable in her environment while also enjoying the same training pace. I'd highly recomend it, and do so whenever I get the chance. “Dr. Dees and the team at Riverchase are angels on earth. We had a Weimaraner that was the light of our world. The team at Riverchase loved him and cared for him as if he was their own.

Through some surgeries, some ailments, some illnesses, and even in health, the team at this animal hospital were better than I’ve ever experienced.

Especially though his later years and into hospice, Dr. Dees and her team went above and beyond to ensure our boy was able to get the care he needed while limiting his stress and discomfort.

Our sweet Polo crossed over the rainbow on 2/14/26, after 13.5 years of borrowed time, and he wouldn’t have had the life he had without this great team.

“The front desk staff at CityVet Las Colinas were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. My pet’s procedure went well, and overall the care was good.

The only issue I had was after I asked a simple question about the difference between the estimate I signed and the final invoice. I wasn’t disputing the charges at all—I was simply looking for clarification, which I think is a normal question for any client to ask. While waiting, I could clearly hear the Doctor discussing me from another area with other people. Being able to hear that conversation felt really unprofessional and uncomfortable.

Overall, the experience was good, but the lack of professionalism in that situation was off putting.“

“Scott is truly a dog behaviorist. He listened to our concerns, assessed our dog's issues, came up with a working plan and explained everything very clearly.
Scott knows exactly what he's talking about; he gave the reasoning behind each strategy, including what the dog is thinking and what could go wrong if we did the opposite of his suggestion. Several of the dog trainers we had used in the past had given us incorrect information on how to handle our dog. Scott was good for us because he sent follow-up emails with information and more plans. He was kind and understanding, not judgmental.“

“Dr Chandrasekar literally saved my 15 year old dog from dying of pyrometra. They got me in next day for surgery that was reasonably priced. The odds of making it out of surgery were slim considering her age. She called right when it was finished and gave me the best news of my life. She is recovering perfectly. After surgery from this doctor she acts like a puppy again and her surgery scar is perfectly straight and so well done. I will never go to another vet. All the staff are super empathetic and so nice and personable. Thank you for saving my dogs life!“

“We had a wonderful experience working with Carla for our golden retriever puppy, Butter. We chose a combination of in-home training and boarding, and it was exactly what Butter needed. During boarding, Carla provided valuable exposure to other dogs, new environments, and a variety of experiences that helped Butter build confidence and reinforce good behavior. The consistent repetition and structure she provided made a noticeable difference.
What we appreciated most was Carla's patience with us as owners. She took the time to thoroughly explain what she was teaching , demonstrate the behaviors, and show us how to continue training at home. She made sure we understood not just what to do, but why it worked.

“We went to Wiggle Butt Academy looking for help with Bandit. He was resource guarding water, us and could be aggressive toward bigger dogs. We knew we needed help before heading to St. Louis to be around family and help with the baby.

The Nicole worked with us using positive reinforcement, leash training, and techniques that truly addressed his behaviors in a calm and encouraging way. They helped us understand Bandit better and gave us tools that actually worked.

“We absolutely love the sweet, caring staff at Paw Oasis! We adopted two adult Schipperkes last year and they needed help socializing with other dogs. Since we have busy weeks and travel, we knew we needed a safe facility that could help care for them. The fact that they have a trainer, Jesus, on staff was a huge plus for us! Everyone was so kind and positive about creating a plan to transition Jazzy and Dexter from social enrichment to regular doggie daycare. We did a full training program with Jesus and he is amazing! He trained all of us - dogs and humans! He is great to work with and immediately identified what each dog needed. It’s comforting to know that he’s there if we need some refresher training. Every single person we’ve encountered at Paw Oasis has been wonderful and we highly recommend them for any service - doggie daycare, training, boarding or grooming.
