Take your pets here!!! My dog sparkles had a butt mole lol that id been concerned about. They took her back real fast to see if it was anything major to worry about. Turns out it isn’t anything bad. Imani was a PHENOMENAL vet assistant she explained everything to us and was VERY thorough. She also took the time to answer all of our questions and also made my high anxiety dog feel safe. You can tell everyone here actually cares about your pet.
The staff was responsive and concerned about my pet’s illness. Every aspect of the physical exam and diagnostic tests were explained. I felt like my pet was in very good hands.
Dr. Cook was very caring with our puppy, Kaia. The entire staff was also very attentive and answered all questions we had concerning the tooth extraction procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Cook & Animal Medical Center of Plano.
