My first-time experience here with my parakeet, Kiki, was wonderful. The staff was so sweet and exceptionally patient with her. You could immediately feel the calming presence and gentle reassurance they brought to the room, which put both of us completely at ease. Such a caring team!
New to Texas, I was looking around for an exotic animal clinic and this one is it! Took my guinea pig here for an annual check up involving some concerns and Bree was amazing! She handled my guinea pig so well and was super gentle. She made sure to keep me posted on what had to be done and tried to keep the procedure within my budget. I left happy and relieved knowing that my pet had the best care. Will be sticking with this clinic from now on.
I've been coming to Summertree for several years now. They're always very nice and take care of my birds like they are theirs. My little girl, Baby, had an issue with her eye. They did a dye test and everything looked good. We got an Nsaid for her discomfort and she's looking better without pain. Everyone loved on her and they even sent me a letter complimenting her on being a great patient!
