They have taken such amazing care of Rocco and transformed him from a very reactive, yappy excited puppy to our furry best friend (who is still very excited). He spent 4 weeks in training at 6 months and another 2 weeks at one year (because we happened to be out of town). He is clearly VERY well taken care of and loves the whole team. Completely potty trained, crate trained, easy to walk and very redirectable. They are so helpful about transforming the tools for success to us, the owners, and being patient with our 2 and 5 year old kids. Highly recommend!! We would 100% use Mark again!”

She came to us first, which made a huge difference — she got to see Teddy in his own environment and tailored things to what he actually needed. When he boarded with her and continued training during the stay, he came back a new dog.

What stood out most was how patient and attentive she was, with Teddy and with us. Never rushed, never a one-size-fits-all approach. I’d recommend Carla and her team without hesitation.”
