“I just got my two pups -- I so was on a mad hunt for two perfect, small, matching dog beds. I visited numerous stores and my persistence paid off when I found what I was looking for on SALE (but that Petco only had one). I went home and called several local stores and was lucky to find another one. The manager said they were closing in an hour but he would hold it for me until I arrived. I showed up in my pajamas (there was no judgment, lol) and I was greeted with kindness and a sense of humor from the manager. Extra bonus -- he matched the sale price from the other Petco. Nice! A giant THANK YOU to both Petcos that made me very happy--and for the two comfy beds that my two girls love!“

“I could not recommend these trainers enough! My dog was WILD! She had learned to climb fences, jumped on people, and broken windows just to name a few. Now she is so well behaved she can come hang on patios, go to stores, and is so polite to company at home. I don't know where I would be without SitMeansSit! The group classes really do become a family and share knowledge of things that worked for them and share in your wins. Definitely a great place to be!“

“I have never had a bad experience at High Point. The entire staff is wonderful. All the Vets are kind and are obviously in their professions for the love of the animals. I have been to some terrible vets. I have had horrific vet experiences. I have lost pets to poor veterinary care and vets who just wanted to be paid (like wouldnt treat my dying animal until AFTER i paid them..). For years I had some sort of vet ptsd and I just wouldn't ever take my animals to a vet unless I needed to. This place ROCKS. If you are looking for a vet look no further. This is where you want to be.“

“Amazing experience.. they are so so so friendly and knowledgeable. I walked in a little apprehensive to give our 5mo GoldenDoodle in for his first cut, and was immediately set at ease by the staff. They were short staffed right before a major holiday and were still all smiles.They have huge play pens for post grooming waiting, where the dogs can socialize and have some fun. Our little dood got a terrific cut and left unusually happy and very calm.Got some great advice for maintaining the coat in between visits. If I had one wishlist thing, it’d be that they had cameras observing the playpens, but I’ll be going back for sure regardless.Not the best pics attached but he looked great and smelled amazing when we got him back. They did a nice “sanitation” cut around hit bits and the long hair in between his toes. They use both Dremel and clippers on his nails.Very clean facilities as well!“
“Mark and his animal loving team have been out vet for the last ten years for our little chihuahua, Milo. Over this time we have all became friends. Sadly, our little guy passed away this past week and they made a difficult situation as comforting as possible. “Even though the prices went up sky high, I love the lady that do the grooming, she is very sweet and thoughtful and very patient with my Litle dog, my daughter found her In the street and almost run her over, she lived in the streets and can be a Litle something, the groomer is very patient with her because she knows her story.“
“We absolutely love this South Plano location of Pappy's. Our boy Simba is a mixed-breed one-year-old, and he gets so excited to go to doggy day care. We also board him there from time to time, and he gets along great. He likes the staff, interacts well with the other dogs, and things could not be better. Specific members of the staff who go above and beyond for their four-legged clients are Skyler, Maddie, Madison and Emily. Thanks to all of you!!“

“Such an amazing experience here! Everyone here was very friendly and kind. From the moment I brought my dog in they were very attentive and asked lots of questions specific to my dogs needs. When I picked up my dog he seemed happy and not anxious like the last groomer I went to! The groomer did such a great job trimming him up and he smelled SO good! I will continue to make the 45 minute commute just to get such great customer service and a great groom that left me and my dog happy!!“
