I am one of those people that will typically only take time to write a review if the product / service was exemplary or the complete opposite. This is definitely a case of the former!We ended up coming to Valley Ranch Pet Clinic in late 2020 / early 2021 during the pandemic, after losing our beloved Golden Retriever. We used to go to another local vet, but I was very hurt when they did nothing to acknowledge our dog's passing. He was our world, and they knew it! I was so distraught over the sudden hemangiosarcoma diagnosis at an emergency clinic and having to "put him down" that I reached out to Dr. Capp to make sure I had done the right thing. The veterinarian and vet tech were very thorough with our pup and took the time to answer all of our questions. This was a great experience for our first time as pawrents. I can tell our pup felt very comfortable with the staff as well.

Absolutely amazing clinic. Clean, lots of space and even had a nice scented candle going. Waiting room decor was hilarious. Reception was fantastic, happy to help answer questions and set up appointments, as well as manage several customers and phone calls at the same time. The techs and vet were kind and so patient with my cat. They use fear free light restraint that really made my cat comfortable and safe. He's a big baby and I didn't expect him to be as calm as he was. Pricing is what it is, but worth every penny. My little bud is already feeling better. Pet insurance is definitely a resource everyone should look into. Will absolutely be coming back.
