I came here for the first time not knowing what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. What could’ve been a stressful Infusion was actually enjoyable and I look forward to coming every 90 days. The care I received at Vivo could not have been any better. What a relief!
The nursing staff was patient and professional with me. I have very small veins, which made the infusion installation difficult, but the nurses remained calm and compassionate throughout the process.
One note for future visits: the facility was quite cold. I'd recommend bringing a blanket. It would be wonderful if the facility could provide blankets for patients as well, as this would significantly improve comfort during treatment.
Very impressed compared to where I went for my infusion last year. Nice and helpful staff. Clean and well organized facility. They gave me information about what they were doing, kept a close eye on the infusion while it was going and gave me tips about possible pain the next day. No long waits. Quick and efficient. Will go to them again next year!
