I can say Dr. Mehta was the best practitioner to get me in on a last minute appointment! My normal provider was booked and a little bit of a drive. She was very thorough and very explanatory about my issues. She helped me throughout, and that I was seen by the referred specialist STAT, I love how my first visit was comfortable! I will definitely recommend to see Dr. Mehta if you’re looking for a new provider!
Absolutely incredible staff all around. I had confusion with insurance and my old doctor not accepting mine anymore. I called, explained my situation and within an hour they had set up a TelaDoc appointment, and soon I’ll be going in person! Thank you thank you!! 😊
My only critique was my wait time. My appointment was at 10:40a. I arrived early. I was not seen until after 11. Outside of that I have no complaints. The inside is nice, clean and welcoming. The staff there were very helpful and kind. I have found a new PCP 😎.
