“I have been a patient of Dr. Bergstrom for 20 yrs and she has been very good. However the last few years it has been impossible to talk to a person on the phone, they never have a live phone to answer the phone.
It took me two weeks of calling to finally get an appointment and then it was a 3 month wait.“
