He really looks into all of it and he sees things that most doctors don’t. He takes on anything and works through the case the way it should be. He does a lot of research, patient advocacy, has several degrees, is very smart, and truly cares. Although I have one of the most complex and rare neurological profiles known to man—Dr Kumar has helped me so much. “We came here to get tested for covid and I am so thankful we did. Once we were finished they said they also administer vaccines if we needed one. We already had scheduled at another clinic for the vaccines. We went to the other clinic and while we were sitting in the parking lot they told us the scheduled us incorrectly and only had my husband and I listed not our kids that we already signed out of school to take care of this. I called Dr. Joy and told her what happened. She and her MA told us not to worry and they will make it happen. They saw us short notice and Dr Joy was so kind and gentle with the kids. We are in awe of the love, patience and care Dr Hoy has for her patients. Very grateful for her.“
