MD Family Clinic - Brown is described as the best clinic by long-term patients, some coming for 12 years or since childhood, now bringing their own children. The staff is always very helpful, super friendly, and extremely nice. Patients are greeted joyfully upon entering and are known by name. The clinic is always nice and clean. Doctors like Dr. Flanagan are great, concerned, and very thorough, noticing things immediately and making eye contact to hear how patients feel. Dr. Froster (also referred to as Dr. Foster) is also very nice. Nurses like Anna and staff members like Jacky are consistently kind, respectful, smiling, and helpful. Dulce at the front desk made extra effort to answer concerns and point patients in the right direction. One patient does not mind driving 35 miles because they are treated well without any problems. Patients recommend the clinic and would not go anywhere else.
I had an urgent medical matter that I wanted resolved quickly. This was my first time ever. When I called, Dulce understood and did everything that she could to point me in the right direction. I really appreciated the extra effort that she made to make sure all my concerns were answered. When I went inside the clinic everyone was so kind. Everyone understood exactly what I was wanting from the front desk receptionist to the Doctor.
My doctor, Dr Flanagan is great. She's concerned and she's very thorough she has noticed things as she walks in the door and she doesn't shower away from eye contact matter of fact if you won't do eye contact, she'll find yours. She really wants to hear how you feel. She understands that test will show some things but she wants to know what are you feeling she makes it to where you're involved, and she makes it make sense.
The staff that work there are so very nice to me. They know me by name some of them. I’m always greeted joyful when coming in the door. Doctors are very nice too. My is Dr. Froster. Place is alway nice and clean.
