Pet Boarding Training near Coppell

“Dr. Dees and the team at Riverchase are angels on earth. We had a Weimaraner that was the light of our world. The team at Riverchase loved him and cared for him as if he was their own.

Through some surgeries, some ailments, some illnesses, and even in health, the team at this animal hospital were better than I’ve ever experienced.

Especially though his later years and into hospice, Dr. Dees and her team went above and beyond to ensure our boy was able to get the care he needed while limiting his stress and discomfort.

Our sweet Polo crossed over the rainbow on 2/14/26, after 13.5 years of borrowed time, and he wouldn’t have had the life he had without this great team.

You’ve known Polo for a long time and you’ve been nothing but loving, caring, empathetic, and exceptional to our family member. Sometimes, the vet visit means something isn’t going well, but every visit, every check up, we knew he was in the best hands and that you all ACTUALLY cared.

Thank you for your support, your kindness, and your love of Polo. We will miss him so dearly but we know his life was better because he had the best nurses and doctors a doggy could ask for. Thank you.“

“Mark, Shanti, and their team really go above and beyond when it comes to dogs and training! My dog Dexter did the 2 week boot camp option and I can definitely say Dexter is a more well behaved, balanced, and all around more mature. Dexter is 2, and an Aussie, he has always been very loving, but he was never listening to commands, for the most part, he would just do what Dexter wanted. Now we can go for long walks and not worry about the reactivity when other dogs were around. Dexter and I are both having a better life and better bonding.

As antisocial as these two cats are, that says something to me about the place. Apparently, they see the same kindness and devotion there that I do. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.“

“I used Colleyville Animal Clinic in the past for my senior cat. Dr. Blick did a great job caring for her.

Now we have a new puppy and decided to come back to the clinic! We are super excited to be back. Dolly loves the staff.

Update: Our Aussie unfortunately got pancreatitis this holiday season and might have found a potential heart issue during our ER visit. Of course we came to follow up with our regular vet here at Colleyville Animal Clinic. Always great service with the front desk and the vet answers all our questions, especially when we need to make a decision on how to proceed in the future.“

It’s a bit of a shame that they charge for every thing else so you always feel like they’re trying to upsell you… but you’re definitely not forced to buy anything extra.

“We had a very energetic goldendoodle puppy who we took to Blue Step. Carla kept him for three weeks and completely transformed him. He is still very energetic but he is able to keep it under control. He follows all the commands and no longer jumps on my kids & every person he meets. I would 100% recommend taking your dog to Carla for training!!!!“

“Update 1/31/2026: Bella still loves PetSuites years later, and our other dog, Lucas, goes now too. They go for group play and overnight boarding. The staff is so sweet and friendly and our pups adore them. There are cameras now in the playrooms and luxury boarding rooms as well. We highly recommend PetSuites Lewisville!

Bella has the absolute best time at PetSuites Lewisville. She first did Puppy Preschool, then graduated to regular Day Play, and she has also stayed for overnight boarding. The staff is so caring and friendly, and I trust that she’s well taken care of. I know she loves it, because when I pass off the leash she can’t pull them to the back fast enough to start playing with all her friends. She’s also been doing training sessions with SammieJo, who is the BEST, so patient and kind and Bella has learned so much from her. One thing to note - there aren’t cameras in the play rooms. At first I was nervous about this (Bella is the first dog I’ve taken to daycare), but she is just so happy when I drop her off and pick her up that I don’t worry about it anymore.“

They even followed through with the followup call to be sure he was doing well after his shots (our usual vet retired and they even got all his vet records).“

“Dogtopia does a phenomenal job caring for our sweet Halle! Whether she’s there for boarding, grooming, or open play, she always has the best time. The team is fantastic, and Halle especially loves seeing Laura, Jamie, and Camille — they truly make her visits special.

My only suggestion would be to consider upgrading the camera system. We love checking in on Halle during the day, but the current system tends to lag and buffer, which makes it tough to get a clear view. Other than that, we have absolutely no complaints!“

“This is the best veterinary around! Beautiful large and clean facility and you don't have to wait long at all. Caring vet and techs. I've been to a few vets nearby and Bartonville Veterinary Center is the best of them all. Plus, my dog had major surgery there earlier this year and Dr. Cordero did a wonderful job.“

“We have had very positive experiences here with our two Australian Shepards. Typically, my oldest dog (6.5) is very skiddish of the groomers due to a bad past experience. However, here he loves it, doesn't shake and isn't afraid to walk right in. We have been using them for about 2 years and they always do a great job. Our dogs come out clean, happy & looking fresh! Can't recommend enough if you're looking for an affordable and trustworthy dog groomer for your babies! We also love how they are family run.“

Front staff knows our dog by name and theyre always knowledgeable. Cameras on for indoor and outdoor so you can see your dog at all times! Reasonably priced and our dog is exhausted after her time here! Highly recommend this location.“
