The people here make all the difference. They found everyone to be kind, caring, and very receptive to their needs. The dogs are never unsupervised, and the handlers are trained to address all manner of behaviors. To be honest, dogs don't think they ever had time to be nervous or upset about being separated from their owners – there's so much exercise and fun for all the dogs throughout the day. Dogtopia does a phenomenal job caring for their dogs. Whether it’s boarding, grooming, or open play, dogs always have the best time. Five stars for the entire Dogtopia team!
I love dogtopia and the personal that works there. I take 3 vacation a year for about 9 days each and been leaving my girl Camille with them. She tend to be a litle shy for the first days there. But this time, after over 3 years of staying there , she did great. She stayed last on Dec /Jan for New year holidays and a sweet guy name Paul welcome her in and greet her by name and knew all about her eating habits and everything. That for sure allow me to go on national knowing she was in good hands. I appreciate everyone there. They are all very friendly and caring. Always great job on grooming as well. Love you guys.
Dogtopia does a phenomenal job caring for our sweet Halle! Whether she’s there for boarding, grooming, or open play, she always has the best time. The team is fantastic, and Halle especially loves seeing Laura, Jamie, and Camille — they truly make her visits special.
Five stars for the entire Dogtopia team!
My only suggestion would be to consider upgrading the camera system. We love checking in on Halle during the day, but the current system tends to lag and buffer, which makes it tough to get a clear view. Other than that, we have absolutely no complaints!
Our two dogs absolutely LOVE going to Dogtopia. When I say the word "Dogtopia," they know exactly what it means, they start whining, wagging their tails, running towards their leashes, and they are ready to go!! When we pull up to Dogtopia in the car they are barking, going crazy, and can't wait to get inside to play. They've been go to daycare and overnights since they were pups and LOVE playing with the other dogs and getting loved on by all the workers!
