Odd. I have to erase my previous review to post this one.
I signed up for the annual plan. Older systems and it seemed logical. Im not sure it was a great idea but its done now.
Oscar came by for my semi annual checkup. He was on time and very professional. He spent probably 2.5 hours going through my 2 systems with a fine toothed comb. Everything checked out. Im very pleased and highly recommend Milestone. A great customer experience indeed
Ignacio was professional and saw the job through completion with thoroughness. He listened carefully and asked clarifying questions for a strong understanding before beginning diagnosis and repair.
We love our Milestone membership! Today they came for our bi-annual AC unit check and installed the filters we bought. It helps us stay on top of maintenance. EVERYONE is courteous and kind so I know it is the way Milestone insists on doing business. Thank you!
