Very kind and helpful staff. Called to schedule a maintenance appointment (to learn where my furnace filters are and how to change them). The receptionist was able to confirm they could work on my two systems and Jesus was quick and answered my questions on site. (He also wore boot covers inside the house, which was a nice extra touch.)

Y’all! You won’t believe this. Our AC went out yesterday, on a Friday afternoon at 5pm. Talk about bad timing… We called Veteran’s AC at 9am this morning, the second they opened. Would you believe they had aN amazing technician here within ONE hour and didn’t even charge us that steep after hours fee?! I was sick to my stomach all night bracing myself for a huge bill. When it comes to air conditioning problems, I think everyone’s normal inclination when something goes wrong is to worry and then that inescapable dread that you are going to be taken advantage of and nickel and dimed to death. Matt and his team delivered as promised. Our old system was replaced, up and running in a day and his team was professional, courteous, clean and we appreciate the work they did.
