Patrick was a lifesaver. Late last night we realized that our air conditioner wasn’t working, so we reached out to Patrick and he talked us through what it could be and what we could look at to see if it would kick on. He tried to come out, but we told him it was late and we could survive for the night. He was able to come out today, diagnose the issue and get it fixed within a few hours. Best of all we didn’t need a new unit! There’s something to be said about great and trustworthy service!
I had my unit go out when it was supposed to hit 106 outside. My old company was bought out so they were using AI and I couldn’t get a scheduled time. Called Polar Pros around 10:30 and was able to get a 2pm appointment.

Texas summer heat showed up and so did Polar Pros. Our busy professional office was down an A/C unit and the temps were rising fast. They were able to work us in quick and had us repaired and back in the cool air the same day. Excellent service, fair pricing and a great local Colleyville business! A++
