“After giving birth, I wanted to get back in shape and get strong for my baby and me. I've been working out with Gavin the past few months and have seen a significant difference, not only in my physical appearance but also how I feel day to day. His personalized program for me has been a dynamic mix of weights and cardio, giving me a full-body workout in his private gym. Most importantly, he is flexible and supportive as I pursue my fitness goals. I'm very grateful I started training with Gavin and cannot recommend him highly enough.“

“After injuring 2 disks in my lower back in early 2017, I thought surgery was my only option. While talking to my neurosurgeon, I noticed how often they recommended Pilates post-surgery, and thought I’d try that before I committed to a significant back surgery. It’s been 2 years now that I attend weekly individual sessions with Scott Samford, and I’ve never seen my core stronger...and we have a great time! So thankful for the Pilates Connection team!“

“First timer here doing pilates. First timer here at Sessions. First time being this sore in years! Thank you to Brandy for being a detailed and knowledgeable instructor. I finally know what the hype is all about. Such a zen and clean place as well. I’ll be back once I’m done being sore.“

“THE BEST full body workout in DTX! I'm 60 classes in, average 4-5 classes a week, and I've never seen abs on me until taking these classes. All the staff are so sweet and I love how they call you by name when you're coming in or leaving. Workouts are different each time you go in..get ready to be barely able to walk otw out! It's a good thing“

“YogaSix Las Colinas has been an incredible experience. I'm so glad to have finally found a nice yoga community that I really feel connected to. I relocated to the DFW area a few years ago and had tried other local yoga communities. The other local yoga studios were okay but I never really felt a connection to them. However, after my first few classes at YogaSix Las Colinas, I was really confident that the space was perfect fit for me. Everyone (staff and members) is very warm and welcoming. I love that all of the instructors are very knowledgeable, amiable, motivating, and accommodating. The varied levels and forms of classes are really engaging, fun, self-pacing and challenging. And I'm always noticing the progress and positive results within myself.“

“In my experience coming here over the years, Structural Elements’ SI practitioners have been fantastic. Their approach to functional training has given me more confidence that my body can do amazing things! They’ve helped me work through injuries I had from a car accident. Kali, Isaac, and Zack have worked with me to help me with my plantar fasciitis issues. I was told for years by physical therapists and chiropractors that I had plantar fasciitis. However, no one ever taught me practical exercises to help. I even had one practitioner tell me that I should never go barefoot. Going off of that advice, I wore shoes for years, but had extreme discomfort when I didn’t wear them. Doesn’t that seem wrong-to not be able to walk barefoot? After going through a corrective bodywork series, I started to feel more mobility in my ankles and my toes. Also, I noticed improvement with my knees and hips-less aches and pains. One of my favorite benefits I’ve seen is that my feet have started to lengthen and stretch out-I actually wear a larger size now than I did 3-4 years ago! I can now walk barefoot and not experience the discomfort I had for so many years. If you’re feeling like your whole body is out of whack, maybe you could book an ATSI series- this is what I did and it did wonders-like a total body reset. If you’re just wanting to explore more functional workouts/training sessions, I would recommend the Fascial Pliability classes and the Sweat and Sauna too. They’re always adding new training sessions, so check out there website or call.“

“I loved my time at Sessions! The studio is welcoming, the air conditioning is ON, and you can hear the wonderful instructors over the music. I'm leaving Dallas, which makes me so sad to leave the team there. JoAnna is my favorite instructor- check her out on Mondays! What I love most is that they offer modifications for each exercise by spring load or by positioning. I started right after a stomach surgery and they helped me rebuild fully without compromising my healing. If they opened a location in S Austin, I'd be there on the spot, but in the mean time, I love that they offer instructor led classes online. I've already signed up!“

“I do not much about dance studios, but a friend of mine taught a Nia class here the other night so I paid the $11 or so dollars on line when I signed up for the class. It seems most classes have a virtual option too.Met the owner when I arrived. She was really nice and showed me around. There are several studios and lockers for your belongings. The studio we were in for the class was really chill. Not what I expected. The lighting was dim with blue and yellow tones. I didn't feel as nervous after entering the room and not feeling fully on display. The Nia class was 30 minutes and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I will most likely look at the calendar and pick some other classes here and there. I notice they do Pilates, yoga and things like that too. Lots of options!“

“I’ve had bodywork done over the years. I have a great long-time Chiropracter, worked with a very good young PT at ATI recently and have a friend who is a fabulous massage therapist. All of them have worked with me on some serious back pain issues and I’ve had varying degrees of success with each of them after a series of visits. Last night I shuffled into Pilates Unlimited for a private session with Karen Sanzo and walked out with a normal gait and taller to boot. This was after a session of assisted and tiny, tiny movements. Karen has years of experience as a PT with the additional advantage of deep study as a Pilates teacher and teacher trainer. She is a master of movement!“

“I really like the convenience of having a class every 30 minutes, having towel and mat without having to pay extra, cleanliness and very pleasant staff. I took a while to get used to moving from an instructor led studio to this one led largely by videos. Videos are very class. But they have started some instructor led classes. I attend 3-4 classes a week, month 8 for me and planning to continue. Go Alive?“

“This is my favorite yoga place so far, the energy is always so inviting and the yoga instructors are amazing. For any experience type I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a safe space to build that mind body connection. Ella and Bri and two of my favorite instructors here!“

“This isn't Pilates. This is Lagree and the workout is extremely intense. I was sore for a few days afterward (which the instructor told me I would be before the we got started). The instructor was very kind and knowledgeable, but the workout was a bit too fast paced for me as a beginner.“

“Shine is fantastic! They offer several types of low-impact sculpt classes and every one I've tried has been excellent. I love everything about it - the heat, dim lighting and rhythmic movements all make the challenging experience incredibly enjoyable. The playlists are perfectly curated, instructors are energetic and fun, and if the music gets too loud, free ear plugs are readily available. Two months ago I would have laughed if you told me I'd voluntarily wake up at 5:30 am to go bounce around a fitness studio and sweat buckets, but I'm hooked now and happily set my alarm to make it to a 6 am class three to four mornings a week. Don't be scared off by extreme soreness after your first few visits, the class format produces results quickly and with only 20 sessions under my belt, I am stronger, look more fit and recover much faster. 10/10!!“

“Who knew that exercising could actually be enjoyable! Having never been a person to really exercise, I was shocked and excited to find something that I truly love. Pilates has been very therapeutic for me. I enjoy going first thing in the morning before heading to work. It is a great way to start my day. If you have tried Pilates before and didn't like it, I encourage you to give Cindy's Pilates a try. No class is ever the same, which keeps the classes very interesting and engaging. I also love that you work literally every muscle in your body...even muscles you didn't realize existed! If you are looking for an enjoyable exercise, where you see results, I highly recommend Cindy's Pilates Studio.“

“It was really good for my first time! I usually do HIIT and this was really hard for me but in a good way. The instructor was friendly and the workout made sense. I don’t know what the negative reviews here are about, studio was friendly even though I took a class through ClassPass.“
