I didn’t feel like he was “upselling” me an item. It seemed as though he was actually trying to inform me on a lens option that can be beneficial to me. “This is the second time that I've been to this location. The last time it was crazy busy, but they still did a great job of taking care of me.
This time they were not near as busy, and they got me in and checked in. I was able to see the doctor and get my order done very, very quickly.
