There are not enough stars for this review. The level of care at HD eyecare really blew me away. Dr Hiep is amazing, she is very kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable and most of all very thorough, I came in for a later appointment at 530 pm but I never felt rushed. She went through my retina images and she took the time to explain overall health implications not only eyecare and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend this practice, Dr Hiep is exceptional.
I love Dr. Doan and the staff from HD Eyecare! They are always so friendly and helpful as well as patient and supportive of helping you make decisions. I moved away from the area a couple years ago and still make the drive to Dr. Doan because finding good eye care is hard! When I went to other places I always felt rushed, but have no problem with that at HD Eyecare!
This is my second pair of glasses and i accidentally scratched them while I was on vacation. I called them and expected to pay but there was a 12 month insurance for scratched lenses. This covered the expense they ordered them and two weeks later i was seeing clear again. The swap took less than 5 minutes and the tech was very helpful and friendly! Love this place!
