Lydia and Alix at Target Optical in Hurst were so helpful with my purchase of new glasses. Both spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. They even got prescription lens for my old RayBan sunglasses. Picked both pair up today. Thoroughly enjoy them. I’ve been getting my glasses at Target for many years and will continue especially with employees like Lydia and Alix. Good work!
Karen, at Target Optical is the best!!!!She spent two hours helping me through so many glasses to find the right ones. Karen has the best attitude and Customer Service I have experienced in years!!! She has an upbeat attitude and always called me back whenever I left messages. Karen helped me in a very tight situation with insurance:; finding discounts and making it affordable for me to see again!!!
Been taking my daughter here for the last three years and have had great experiences. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always seem to find a pair that fits my daughter perfectly. And ensure that everything is perfect when we go to pick them up. Highly recommend this location (I have never been to another - so I can only speak of the one in Hurst, TX)
