He takes the time to listen to our concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure we feel comfortable with the care and treatment plan. “I’ve been using this franchise in 4 other states for 10+ years. I chose them because they have a spot in nearly every state. I move around alot due to work. Every doctor and employee have always been great to work with, in every location. But I need to give a HUGE shout out to Dr. Gibbs, she went absolutely over and beyond with explaining why the 1’s and 2’s looked the same or why the 1 looks good for one eye but not the other. She ensured not only did I understand but was comfortable. She took her time to explain why my right eye is different from my left. I wear glasses because I need to but they are a comfort to me as well. I explained my strain I have at work and she spent extra time with me to understand my concern but also gave me guidance on how to help my strain.
