I was EXTREMELY pleased with Optical and their professional staff. After spending 22 years overseas in Asia with the military, I was so surprised and happy with the help I received. Not only did Optical interface through their network with my insurance carrier (it just took seconds), they helped me take advantage of all of my insurance carrier benefits without increasing costs.
