Dr Tregallas at “My Eye Dr” has been taking care of our family since 2016. We went thru a very rough patch for 4 1/2 yrs so the last time we had an eye exam was around 2020. A couple of days ago we went in for an examination. We didn’t know if things would be the same or worse since everything seems to have gone downhill since Covid. I am happy to say that my husband and I received quality service once again! I received my new glasses from MyEyeDr at the Watauge Texas location.
I went by the first day stating my right lens was blurry. I use progressive lenses and got the transition lenses with all the coatings. Krystal Skinner helped me with my lenses and adjusted the frames. After She looked at my lens and compared it to what I received she stated the lens was not exactly the prescription that was ordered. She immediately ordered new lenses. I also stated the Ray Ban frames were slipping down and she adjusted the frames. It turns out Krystal was the General Manager! I visited this office yesterday. I loved the one on one consultation and the way she helped me to find a beautiful and affordable pair of eyeglasses. They are genuinely excited to get their clients seeing 20/20 again. Dr. Tran is the best eye doctor I have ever seen. Thank you to everyone at My Eye Dr!
