Hope and Kendyl are sweet. Kendyl is easily the best frames etc. consultant with whom I've worked. Marlee (spelling?) and her helper are excellent.
Entire team is friendly, efficient. Reasonable price. Working with my insurance smoothly and handling contacts rebate.

I've had several really great interactions with the staff at Vista Eye Associates however, today when calling and asking about adjusting a pair of glasses that I did not buy from them, the girl on the phone made a comment after she thought our call had ended. I am perfectly okay with them not adjusting them since I did not purchase them there-I have bought a pair of glasses from them and order my contacts through them every three months. Her comment communicated to me that they really don't want to do that even though she reluctantly told me I could bring them by.
