Overall, Low T Center South Austin is a trusted, professional clinic committed to helping men regain energy, focus, and vitality.
Clinic was great, all the staff was awesome. However... I had to leave to another provider as the pharmacy they use (Village Lane Apothecary) is horrendous. Constantly missing doses due to them not filling prescription or shipping in a timely manner. Would have loved to stay with Low T Center, but could not deal with Village Lane any longer. I tried reaching out to see if there was another pharmacy option, but got no response, so my business went elsewhere.
The staff here are amazing - the service is great ! As for the org that bought them, I can’t comment on but the local staff are awesome!!
Not sure what other people are even talking about; Tiffany and the whole team are great! They're friendly, professional, and patient-focused. I have recommended this place to several friends. Keep up the great work, Ladies!
