RK Audiology has a great atmosphere along with the staff being compassionate and putting you at ease. The waiting area has a coffee house feel, peaceful and comfortable. Victoria is so knowledgeable and very kind! It has been a wonderful experience!
I have been going to RK AUDIOLOGY in Westlake,Tx for 4 years. The audiologist is professional,thorough,and kind. I am very satisfied with the service provided me. I recently got new hearing aids( my other ones had lasted 7 years.). Her explanation of how to use was very clear. I highly recommend this facility.
I’ve been coming here since 2010. I am always satisfied and happy, because they are so thorough. The whole staff is excellent and on top of things. I will only come here to get my hearing aids taken care of. They have integrity, which is hard to find these days.
