RK Audiology has been taking care of my hearing needs for a number of years and I have always been completely satisfied. Their knowledge of the current technology is up to the minute; maintenance and repairs are always efficiently handled; communication is immediate. My aids were losing power recently so I took them in and Tony went through all the systems to make them right. It is always a pleasure to sit in the waiting room which has interesting books on music, architecture and poetry, as well as art works on the walls. A few years ago, I referred the mother of a friend who was afraid of the hearing test in the booth. Paula found a way to conduct the test outside the booth and hence this older lady finally got much needed hearing aids. It is also interesting to go to audiologists who not only take care of us the hearing impaired, but fashion the ear pieces for Austin's numerous musicians. With two locations RK Audiology is also very convenient for South Austin.
