Based on the reviews, Hero Lice Clinics is the Texas Lice Removal Authority. They remove all lice and eggs in a single 60-90 minute treatment that is guaranteed for 45 days. The experience at this clinic is fantastic and easy. The technician Nairn is incredible, professional, thorough, friendly, and patient. She has great energy and made an uncomfortable experience so much better for a child with sensory issues who was very anxious. Nairn was a total lifesaver, answering every question and being generous with tips. She is fast and precise with perfect results. The clinic makes an effort to remove the stigma around having lice. Another technician, Cristina, was also super sweet and patient. It is the best place for dealing with these critters, though customers desperately wish they would open a location in San Marcos.

We had the best experience here! The two kids I had in tow asked a thousand questions and learned so much - Narin (whom they nicknamed “Lice Lady”) had answers for all of them! When they ran out of questions, they started improving musicals about lice…with Narin. We literally had a blast!😂 And the service and treatments were top notch.
