Based on the reviews, Hero Lice Clinics is the Texas Lice Removal Authority. They remove all lice and eggs in a single 60-90 minute treatment that is guaranteed for 45 days. The experience at this clinic is fantastic and easy. The technician Nairn is incredible, professional, thorough, friendly, and patient. She has great energy and made an uncomfortable experience so much better for a child with sensory issues who was very anxious. Nairn was a total lifesaver, answering every question and being generous with tips. She is fast and precise with perfect results. The clinic makes an effort to remove the stigma around having lice. Another technician, Cristina, was also super sweet and patient. It is the best place for dealing with these critters, though customers desperately wish they would open a location in San Marcos.
Such a fantastic experience!!! Our son has a lot of sensory issues and was very anxious about getting treated, but this whole process was very easy and relaxed. He didn’t end up feeling scared or overwhelmed at all which is a major victory and worth every penny. Nairn did an amazing job helping him feel super comfortable and getting us both treated quickly and effectively!
