I had the fortune of seeing Dr. Sinclair (Chiropractor by training) and she was simply awesome! She did active therapy during visits and showed me great videos for ongoing improvement of my underlying condition. I was nervous about going to a doctor in Taylor because small towns don't always have the best options for care but her energy is always so welcoming and as a first time anxious mom, she has made me feel so comfortable asking questions or bringing him in every time i think something is wrong haha. My son will definitely be a patient of hers as long as she is around. The MAs that assist her are always super sweet as well. The location is also really nice, always clean, and we receive quick care.“

“From the front desk receptionist, to the person on the phone who helped address my questions while we were on the phone, (Her name was Mandi sp?) Everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. I know stress mgmt must be difficult to maintain in the medical field while maintaining a sense of compassion and not losing your mind to rude people, but the folks here were able to accomplish it! Its so important to feel like a human and not a number and frankly it is rare to ever be treated with kindness at medical facilities rather than feel rushed. Everyone here answered my questions with patience and attentiveness. When you feel super sick and finally drag yourself to the doctor it is just horrifying when workers make you feel even worse. Thanks for making me feel relaxed and taken care of.“

“I have only had good experiences at Baylor Scott & White in Hutto. I have been a patient of Dr. Ahmed for about a year. It is easy to make appointments through the patient portal or by phone, and I never have to wait long when I get there. The front office ladies are very pleasant and nice to interact with, and so are the nurses. Dr. Ahmed is a fantastic doctor. She is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and best of all—she takes the time to really talk to me and to my daughter, who is also a patient. I also cannot say enough things about Ms. Rose, the lady who draws blood there. She is a wonderful, kind woman. Today, she and Dr. Ahmed went above and beyond with my daughter, who is terrified of needles, and had to have blood drawn. Ms. Rose is amazing. You can barely feel it! I highly recommend this clinic and these excellent ladies.“
