Based on the reviews, Longhorn Imaging Onion Creek provides excellent care and services. Bonnie at the front desk is very polite, very attentive, professional, and kind. She put fears to rest and made every accommodation for comfort. Matt, the MRI tech, was amazing and went above and beyond. He was professional, informative, and took every precaution to put patients at ease. Abi and Felix also helped patients feel at ease. The check-in is easy, and everyone is friendly. The MRI is comfortable and very quick, lasting only 12 to 25 minutes compared to 45 minutes elsewhere. The technology is advanced, shortening time and reducing noise. The location is super convenient for the Onion Creek area. Patients highly recommend coming here for any imaging needed.
Bonnie at the front desk was professional and very kind. Matt, the MRI tech was amazing! Matt went above and beyond, to take care of my every need and concern before, during and after my MRI. You can tell, he truly cares for patients, and takes his job seriously. Matt was very professional and informative. I really appreciated the last minute countdown, upon completion of my MRI. I would highly recommend EVERYONE go to Longhorn Imaging for any imaging, they need done. The MRI was only 15-25mins vs MRI’s done elsewhere (ARA- 45mins). Thank you, MATT AND BONNIE! You guys are THE BEST! <3
Bonnie greeted me and immediately put my fears to rest; She explained some of the advances in technology and made every accommodation so that I would be comfortable.
Matt was the technician and was the best; I explained having been buried alive as a child and serious Claustrophobia; he took every precaution to put me at ease and comfortable.(Note: the technology is so advanced in the Leghorn equipment, Which shortens the time inside the machine and reduces the noise. Most other imaging companies estimated 40 mins to one hour.- in The leghorn equipment it only took 12 minutes.
A dreadful experience made very smooth. My sincere thanks to Bonnie and Matt.
Excellent care and services, I was nervous before going in and, both, Abi and Felix helped me feel at ease. Bonnie is a wonderful help, respectful of privacy and helpful with paperwork or any questions! Liked Bonnie very much.
