“I saw Nurse Practitioner Katherine Ford concerning the tremendous pain in my right ear. Her attentiveness and bedside manner are 2nd to none. She will either get you fixed up or will get you in with a specialist who will. She cares about her patients, can't say enough good things about NP Ford!“
“Every person whom I have dealt with with is more than kind and caring. Appointments are sched far in advance but that is not the fault of the staff here. Obviously if they are this busy people must like coming here. There will never be 100 % satisfaction because our society has changed. She saw he was in pain and did everything she could to get him seen and she accomplished that after we desperately needed medical attention. She was heaven sent because I couldn’t have wasted any more time with my son in pain. She is a perfect example of what we need in this field of profession.“
“To start with, they always get me in and out in a timely manner and are super friendly and listen to all my concerns and work with me to find a solution that fits! And then my PCP left abruptly. I hadn't been a patient at this location long, but the nurse responded immediately to my need for a follow-up appt, new PCP and fast referral turn around for an issue that my old PCP knew, but the new one needed to come up to speed with asap. I truly have not felt this supported since my old family doctor who cared for me for 25years. Thank you all so much.“
