1001 Westbank Dr, West Lake Hills“BSW at Westlake is a premier medical facility. The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The lab technicians are very capable and careful…easiest blood draw I’ve ever had. Dr Shulman is an exceptional physician. She spends more time listening to me, learning about me, and working to find solutions for my medical concerns. She is one of the best doctors I’ve have ever had care for me and I’m 73 years old! Thanks to everyone at BSW Westlake for the work you do. I appreciate you!“

11412 Bee Caves Rd Suite 250, Austin“Dr Bagley is one of the only chiropractors in the area certified in Chiropractor of Biophysics (CBP), physical therapy and neuropathy correction. The main reason I chose him was for CBP and he helped my neck get back to an improved state of curvature, which ended up healing digestion and allergy issues. The reason I keep going nearly 8.5 years later is because he’s pretty amazing personally, has God-given talent for immediately locating any subluxations and staying updated on all things health :-)
From wiki: Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) is a highly specialized, research-backed chiropractic technique that focuses on correcting posture and structural spinal abnormalities. It combines biology, physiology, physics, and geometry to restore the spine’s natural curves rather than merely treating temporary joint pain. Only a small, specialized percentage of chiropractors worldwide are certified in CBP.“

I had a 1:40 appointment and was seen by Ashley to get my vitals and a few questions answered at 1:39. After we wrapped, less than 5 minutes later Dr. Inonog came in to see me and I had the best new patient appointment I have ever had across all specialities. Her bedside manner is incredible and made me feel right at ease and comfortable to ask any questions. The entire team is so lovely and has great energy that make it impossible not to walk out of your appointment smiling. I wish I remembered the name of the individual handling my check in and check out as she was just as amazing as the rest of the team-making sure I had everything I needed to get my labs completed. If you are looking for a PCP doctor, do yourself a favor and get an appointment with Dr. Inonog. Hands down the best medical experience I’ve ever had!“

711 W 38th St STE D1, Austin“Direct Care medicine with Dr. Larson at Euphora Health is a godsend. As a physician myself, I know very well the external pressures that fall on doctors in the traditional American healthcare model. Those pressures make even the most caring and thorough doctors have to spend less time than they would like with each individual patient, and of course patients are dissatisfied with that too. On the patient end, both myself personally and with watching loved ones, I've seen time and again how in that traditional model, finding and getting medical care can involve very long wait times, sometimes never even getting a response, or leaving appointments feeling hurried, unheard, frustrated, and sometimes even judged. It has been invaluable for me to know that whenever I have a health concern I can quickly reach Dr. Larson and have an unhurried conversation or even quick in person appt (often next day availability) where all my questions are answered. I never feel that subtle pressure to speed things up, and I don't feel worried that my concerns will be dismissed. I love having texting through an app instead of days-long turnaround through more bulky patient portals. And Dr. Larson himself is great. He is able to really spend time and consider you as a whole person rather than just isolated symptoms to address with with one medication after another. He recommends lifestyle changes and takes into consideration your personal situation and what options are the most doable and best fit for you. He's been a great source for recommending several ancillary services that have helped me too - be it highly recommended practitioners for back pain, meal prep services, mental health support, or whatever. I fully trust his medical education and knowledge, and I find his bedside manner to be caring and personable. It is also awesome to have the option to get labs there vs. going to long-wait, crowded commercial lab offices. And I love being able to get my flu shot there each year, because scheduling is so flexible and easy, and I really trust everyone at the office more than just a random chain pharmacy appointment. Even if I move elsewhere in the state, I will likely continue using Euphora health as my primary care. It would be well worth a drive when needed for in-person visits.“

11714 Wilson Parke Avenue, Austin“Dr. Mchale is one of the best Chiropractors I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing! She is patient, kind, understanding and still challenged me to get stronger and is excellent at manual manipulation to help speed healing. She makes great pivots based on my feedback and took both my back and arm pain issues seriously. She worked tirelessly with me to get resolution and I’m back to running and swimming after a pretty intense back surgery after her help. I will 100% seek her help in the event I am injured again.“

I went to him after an unsuccessful Sacrocolpopexy in 2023 by a urogyn Dr in San Antonio. I had little hope of having a better quality of life when I went to his office. From the moment I walked in his office in May 2025 and was greeted with a smile from Brittney the practice manager and Dr Shashoua and his staff I felt like my hope had returned. After talking with him and Julianna (who is very sweet and compassionate) they had restored my faith that I could be repaired. In August 2025 Dr Shashoua performed the Da Vinci Sacrocolpopexy with the surgical help of Dr Alejandro Garcia to get through the large amount of scar tissue I had (outstanding surgeon highly recommend him as well) The surgery was a success! The healing process went well, and I had support from the entire staff through my entire healing process. I never felt alone in the healing process as all I had to do was give them a call or email and they immediately answered any questions I had. After I was healed, I developed leakage which I did not have before the surgery due to the way the bladder was prolapsed. Dr Shashoua explained and performed a Mid-Urethral Sling in Nov 2025. Again, the support was amazing from Him and all of his staff members. They were there to answer any of my questions no matter how big or small and responded very quickly with answers. Kristin was always ready to help with any questions I had. Noel is the sweetest nurse and Brittany an amazing office manager who remembers your name from the very first day, something you don't see very often. I was skeptical about the mesh at first but after everything was explained in detail I went into surgery with no reservations or worries. It is January 21, 2026, and I am healed and doing well! I am repaired and I have my quality of life back! I could not be happier!! I am so happy I went to Austin Urogynecology and found a very caring and compassionate Dr and entire staff who were ready to help me. If you have a bladder and/or rectal prolapse, I highly recommend them. I wished I would have found them in 2023. Thank you all so much!“

“I went in with no range of motion in my left shoulder. Dr.Tran took the time to listen to me and discover that I had the start of Frozen Shoulder. With his treatment and the PT, my pain level went from an 8 down to a 1 in a very short time. I now have full range of motion with little to no pain.
I would recommend Dr. Tran 100% to take care of you., listen to you and get you right!“
