Just a couple hours later we received a call from Caleb advising he was on his way. Caleb determined that we had an issue with the P-trap. Because we don't have a crawl space it was impossible to tell if it was just broke or if the previous owners didn't install one when they remodeled. Caleb explained everything thoroughly and even though there was nothing he could immediately fix, he was very helpful in explaining our options.“

I had a gas knob that broke and I couldn't get the pilot light on, out of 5 plumbers I called on a Thursday afternoon, he was the only one that picked up my call, and advised me of my options. Since I needed hot water the next day, I couldn't wait for the parts to arrive from Rheem, so I bit the bullet and asked him for a replacement; he was able to schedule me in the next day.
