In a few hours - Cutler repaired much of a long-standing handicap-accessible toilet problem. We had our sewer line clogged. It was discovered by backup and overflow from a low threshold shower. By the time it was discovered the water had covered the bathroom floor and had migrated into the bedroom where we have carpet. The response was quick. After the drain was clear they used a camera to show me where the problem was in the system. We are currently working with them on the remediation process and have been very pleased with the care and responsiveness.
I had a water leak in my utility room. Very fast and efficient. Communicated well! All the guys sent over were polite and all business. They explained everything as they were doing it. Thanks to all!
