After my basement began auditioning as a fishing hole, I called Olshan. The salesman was responsive and easy to work with and recommended a glue-down system due to the age of my home (built in 1938). However, when Michael and Gaspar and their crew showed-up to install it, the original glue-down system couldn’t be installed as planned. Olshan repaired my mom’s basement wall that was caving in. David was very prompt to come out and take a look and give us a quote, as well as being very responsive and communicative during the repair process. My mom was very impressed with the crew members, Jose, Horellana, Alonso and Gentri. She said that they were very patient with her and addressed any of her questions and concerns. They even stacked some rocks that they had dug up during the repair for my mom to use in her gardening and she was very appreciative We will definitely recommend.

I’m a GC working in a customers house, Olshan installed a trench drain 20 years ago and the customer wanted to use them again for additional work in their basement.
This was a very straightforward estimate process with Dan who was able to field all questions from my homeowner to make sure they feel comfortable with this work.
The crew Gasper, Erix, Henri, Erlin and Armando were very pleasant to work with. They kept our property very clean and answered all questions. I would hire them again on another project.
