HVAC Install Very satisfied with the whole process overall. But I do have some constructive criticism for the install guys. It was a long and hot day for them and as I ultimately found out, they ran into some duct work problems that delayed the completion of what should have been an 8-hr job and stretched it to a 12-hr job. My suggestion is for the install crew to provide updates to the homeowner as the job moves along so that after 10 hours, I'm not wondering whether they are incompetent, whether there are problems with my new equipment, whether I should expect it to be finished at all on that day, etc. As the job stretched into the night, and my house inside temperature… read full review

We have used Lee company for our HVAC and plumbing/electrical issues for almost 2 decades now. They are great at addressing any problems we have. They are excellent in emergencies as they get to us pretty fast. Our A/C went out last Wednesday at 1:30pm and a tech arrived by 4:30pm and fixed it in the first half hour. Considering their guys were all busy, 3 hours is not a long time to wait! We paid about $90 for the service total. Finally I can say that all of their techs are nice people, very considerate and always seem to understand how to tackle our various issues we have had over the years. It's obvious they screen their new employees thoroughly.
