The tech was not only friendly, he actually wanted me to let my crazy dogs in. Im all seriousness, he was honest and transparent with all that was done or needed. I was so happy with the service I happily signed up for their maintenance plan. I truly cannot say enough niceties about the tech and hope I can request him again in the future.
Jock came over at 7:00 last night to get our heat up and working on a cold night! Our thermostat had gone dark and the heat stopped working. He got the thermostat and the heat working. We appreciate him coming over and taking care of us! LeeCO is the best!
