I thought my hot water pipe was just frozen and my water heater had tanked - after replacing the water and the thaw after the deep freeze - I still didn't have hot water. Robert and Robert found multiple leaks and replaced them in, what I felt was a long day for them. After the leaks were fixed - they reconnected my water heater and I was on my way!!!
