Olshan Foundation Repair
“After my basement began auditioning as a fishing hole, I called Olshan. The salesman was responsive and easy to work with and recommended a glue-down system due to the age of my home (built in 1938). However, when Michael and Gaspar and their crew showed-up to install it, the original glue-down system couldn’t be installed as planned. But instead of packing-up and going home, Michael and Gaspar promptly called in the big gun - Dawn - and worked through the issue like true professionals. With some extra effort, problem-solving, and teamwork, they were able to install an even better solution, their Water Lock System, at the same price. The heavy hitters/lifters, Mario, Henry, and Erling, were also fantastic throughout the process: hardworking, respectful, and clearly committed to doing the job right. My basement is now protected, my confidence is high, and my basement’s dream of becoming the next Bassmaster tournament lake has officially been canceled. Great crew, great attitude, and a great result. Thank you, Olshan!”
Lee Company
“Awful smell coming from bathtub. Called and spoke with Devin. Explained our situation and she scheduled someone to come out same day. Just a couple hours later we received a call from Caleb advising he was on his way. Caleb determined that we had an issue with the P-trap. Because we don't have a crawl space it was impossible to tell if it was just broke or if the previous owners didn't install one when they remodeled. Caleb explained everything thoroughly and even though there was nothing he could immediately fix, he was very helpful in explaining our options.”
