Hr arrived on time and had the diagnosis figured out in about 45 minutes. He did have to cut a hole to diagnosis the issue but he only had to cut one time and it was in the most perfect spot to see where the leak was coming from. (We are so incredibly impressed with his expertise, he knew exactly where to cut causing the least amount of damage to our ceiling!) He made a quick run to the hardware store to get a specific piece he needed, came back quickly and fixed it in no time! Highly highly recommend Ed, he was personable, honest, experienced and was great at explaining things to where we understood the issue! We will certainly use this company again for any future issues.”
