“I would really like it if they came back and re did the job. When I was able to look over the rug after it dried. I saw that the paint stain did not come out in the middle of one room and one of the stains in the hallway did not come out. Possibly he couldn’t tell when it was wet, but I really would appreciate them coming back and redoing those spots for me. Since I paid for stain removal. -Ms. Kiely. Then I would re do my review based on their guarantee policy. Thanks.They came back a week later and fixed all the spots and now it looks fantastic. Thanks so much. ?????“

Frankie fit me in when no one else could (it was a bad winter around here) and started working right away. Other problems, which the previous owner of my house had covered up, were discovered during the renovation process, and they took care of all of it for me. The whole crew was so nice, trustworthy, and reliable. Real people, not salespeople. And the price I paid for everything was very fair. “Tech who arrived was very polite and easy to work with. I was a bit skeptical when they brought in a buffer for the cleaning but it did remove stains and pet oder. So I am satisfied with the work completed.I rated 4 instead of 5 due to the pricing discrepancy from online to reality. Safe-Dry charges you based on square footage regardless of whatever "coupon" is out there. My house is small so the rate turned out to be only a slight difference. If you want a known flat rate service, go to the other carpet cleaner in town.“

“So thankful and blessed how quickly Rainbow International of Knoxville responded to water pipe bursting and flooding all of downstairs. They came out night it happened on December 24,2022 And started 36 fans to help dry out. Packed up everything 2 days later and started restoration. They walked insurance adjuster thro what needed restoration and provided diagnostics when needed. I was completely overwhelmed and do not know what I would have done without them walking with me through all the restoration I highly recommend this Company and all Their employees.“
