Duncan and Sons is a great establishment to work for. If you are a dedicated worker you will move up in company quickly. I worked for them for about a year. Although I recently switched companies. I wouldn't be a manager without Duncan and Sons. I love you all.

I love working at Duncan & Sons' Building Maintenance because I like the satisfaction of doing a job well done that makes the customers happy. The management is always caring, encouraging and make me feel appreciated .

I started with this company back in August and every day I come in they treat me like family. They show love and empathy about your well-being a lot of company's don't do that at all they want you to show up and do your job. Duncanandsons care!!!!!!! Well come down and see for yourself.Great company to work for!! You will be amazed how far this company's go the distant for you.
